Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtist, Inc.

The Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtist, GMAR, is a Local Board of committed and influential real estate brokers, real estate agents, business professionals and community advocates, also serving as a think tank that advocates for equity in all disciplines within the real estate industry, promoting Democracy in Housing and combating homelessness.

GMAR is the 111th Local Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers located in Montgomery County, Maryland.
